For the region Milano we are currently looking for a

Operation Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Contributing to the company’s operational processes
• Lead and progress the onboarding process for all signed partners
• Technical implementation of the Quandoo operating system at the customer’s point of sale
• Lead customer employee training sessions and help to develop training materials and schemes
• Co-ordinate day to day activities carried out by the operation team
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization (e.g.alignment between sales and marketing)
• Help to develop new sales materials and sales pitches to progress the Quandoo product
• Provide the product team with customers based insights into evolving requirements to help guide the development process

Your Qualifications

• You have a hands on mentality and always put the customer fist
• You are extremely ambitious, highly motivated, and would like to work as part of an internationally successful team
• Open and honest, able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• You ideally already have experience in a startup setting and bring strong analytical skills
• You can work independently and under tight deadlines, define priorities, and respond quickly when faced with new and complex tasks
• Excellent English
