Overview

We are looking for a young and dynamic person that loves fashion and has a good knowledge of online luxury fashion market; someone willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment, extremely challenging, dynamic and in evolution.

The candidate should define online marketing strategy to maximize brand visibility, improve traffic on the website and optimize conversion rate. All the above should be achieved by leveraging regular and detailed analysis of Drexcode’s performance, market and competition in order to increase the revenues and optimise user experience.

The candidate must have a great knowledge of main online channels:
Facebook, Adwords, Retargeting, Affiliates, SEO and email marketing.

She/he will be able to define and activate a global channel strategy.

The online marketing manager will get the support expert consultants of each channel and will coordinate, supervise and work with them to optimize the results.

Knowledge of main programming languages is a plus.

The ideal candidate must be business-minded, with a marketing background and be able to perform complex analyses and synthesis.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian, the candidate must be able target oriented and able to work in a very challenging environment.

At least 2 years of professional experience is similar position is requested.

Remuneration will be defined based on the level of experience.
