Overview

OXWAY is a crowd-consulting platform with the aim to provide a new tool for taking decision and extract knowledge from external advisors, internal stakeholders and a mix of the two. OXWAY is a cloud based platform sold also as a service or a white-labelling product.

We are a team of 8 people based … around the world and seeking likeminded entrepreneurial individuals to help our rapid growth. The Beta phase is over and we ready to move to the next stage of our project.
By the end of the year we are also planning a big crowdfuning campaign paired with the commitment of few angel investor.

We are looking for people who will be able to face potential customers for OXWAY. Someone deeply interested on the subject of collaboration, crowd and innovation. Someone who will show interest and willingness to learn about us, our philosophy and all the possible applications for our potential clients.

The candidate will need to identify sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.

OXWAY will allow flexible working hours but a commitment of about 20-30 hours per week is expected. Most likely from Monday to Friday but also she/he will need to be prepared to put in extra hours when necessary. Ii will be a combination office time and out-of-office activities such as visiting clients and attending conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions. Some travel, possibly abroad, could be possible too.
