We are looking for skilled and autonomous developers to join our team.

You will:
1) Code, code, code
2) Design the base and part of the architecture of the web app
3) Contribute planning the product roadmap
4) Plan and manage projects iterations, milestones, deliverables, day by day.
5) Lead a small team on different projects.
6) Use the latest Web and Cloud Technologies available and will stay up to date on latest trends, advising the team on emerging techs and tools in his field.

Coder: Strong knowledge of web development language, especially PHP (better if you have used Symfony 2.3 framework), HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.
We expect the candidate to have extensive knowledge of:
HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP
REST/JSON API and OAuth2 usage
Tools like Firefox/Chrome Inspectors
Cloud PAAS like BootstrapCDN and at least one PHP PAAS

Agile: you have knowledge about Agile/Lean methodologies. Not in a guru or iper-rigid way, and you can use it in every project.

Experienced: you have proven experience in design the architecture of web application, research new technology and tools, participating in software development projects, as team member and team leader.

Communicator: follow the development, keeping everyone up to date, organise task-list for a small team, on project development is a top priority.

International: Main language you will use it’s English, so we aspect you to speak it fluidly. You must be ready to travel or relocate.

Planner: planning is essential, but plans are useless. You’re are as good in developing and communicating plans as in changing on the run due to changing circumstances, being those technical or not.
