We’re looking for a Java Developer that work against Orient Technologies product and also provide consultancy to customers.

The main activities are:
- Development in Java of OrientDB related Tools
- Consulting on Graph Modeling
- Help the user to squeeze OrientDB performance by tuning
- Find bottlenecks and provide a fix for them
- Communicate with the R&D team about issues
- Setup main DBA operations like backup and restore

Required Skills:
- True and deeply passion about Technology, Graphs and Databases
- Fluent in English language (doesn’t matter if you’ve a strong non-English accent)
- Able to work online with the rest of the Team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- OrientDB as user, should have used it in at least one project
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Very Good Java knowledge: the candidates must be an expert of Java 1.6+ and Multi – Threading problems
- Basic TCP/IP Network knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience on Development
- At least 2 years worked in a Team

Nice to Haves:
- Language Skills, any language other than English is a plus
- Web development knowledge: HTML, Javascript, Ajax
- Knowledge of OrientDB internals
- Knowledge of OrientDB kernel code
- Experience with other NoSQL products
- Experience on managing big database (> 100M of records or > 10TB data)
